Amazing experience from start to finish. We are so happy with our new garden, it has definitely paid for itself with an increase in the value of our house. Our job was tricky and we changed our minds constantly, but Bruce and his team just took it in their stride. Could not recommend these guys highly enough. Bruce & his team at Krystal Landscapes did a brilliant job for us on our garden makeover. His quote was competitive & clearly laid-out, with no hidden extras. He was punctual & reliable, & always prompt at the end of the phone in case of issues. He & his team were great at communicating what they were doing at every stage of the job; & brought any problems straight to us so that we could resolve them together. He is also positive & has a great ‘can-do’ attitude, nothing was ever too much or too difficult to fix. He has done a marvellous job, using top-class materials & workmanship to give us exactly the garden we’d hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Krystal landscapes, & will be using them again in the future.

We hired Bruce to build a balcony, steps down to the garden and a lower decked area. The quality of work was really outstanding and it all looked better than we had ever imagined. The team were lovely and I felt comfortable having them here, I hope to have them back next year to carry out some more work and would definitely recommend this company.

Bruce and his team have done an amazing job of transforming our garden from a building site (following an extension to the back of the house) to a fantastic outdoor living space. They completely replaced the fence, built a new patio and paths, laid new lawn and put in borders and lighting. Bruce kept us informed the whole way through and he managed to finish what was a massive project within his original estimated timescale. The whole team were polite and friendly and we would definitely recommend!
