You can't go wrong if you book Karl for your job. We needed our bungalow carpetted (hall, 2 beds, 1 living room) and had ordered the carpet ourselves. He emailed me via this site almost as soon as I'd put up the 'request' and politely and enthusiastically agreed to meet us at the bungalow two days later. He sounded confident and competent. Was he? YES HE WAS! He was fantastic. He worked very hard indeed producing work to an extremely high standard. We'd ordered one bit of carpet wrong but he was able to work around our 'error' and the final result is superb. He worked solidly with minimal breaks for the entire job and it looks great. He supplied a few bits and pieces for us at a fair price to join the carpet edges together between rooms and it looks splendid. He also chatted about his work with laminate flooring and the way he does that to ensure a perfect finish too. Definitely a 'craftsman' ... and a friendly reliable one too. Book him.
