Simple communication and price agreed up-front. Karl arrived on time with his apprentice Josh. They were friendly and got straight to work. They even bought along their own kettle, coffee and milk! With regards to the flooring - we love it. They have done a cracking job and it's totally changed our living room. Also appreciated the fact that they sense-checked and explained some things to us along the way. I'd certainly recommend these guys to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself.
