Roger at Kendal Building Supplies was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly whilst on site. He was vastly knowledgable and very considerate our our requirements. The level of their workmanship was was high and i was very happy with what was produced from their efforts. i would have no problem either recommending them to others or employing them once again. I converted an old farmhouse into a livable space and Roger took care of building a large extension on the back of it. He was brilliant, taking care of every step of the job from the planning through to completion. Everything went smoothly and it was even finished ahead of schedule. It was mostly him and his son that did the work but they had a couple of sub contractors too, it was a small team who were very friendly and Roger couldn't do enough for us. It was a very big job and I wouldn't have had a clue what to do or where to start without him. We were so pleased with it all that he is coming back soon to build a double garage for us.

I have multiple sclerosis and so needed an extension built so I could have downstairs facilities. I got an architect to draw up the plans and get planning permission and a friend recommended Roger Armitage to me as he had built an extension for them. We talked through the project and he gave me an estimate time scale and quote then got on with it. It overran slightly due to bad weather but if it was possible to be on site, they were. Roger even matched the new walls to the existing building as there is different kinds of bricks on the sides than the front and back. He did a really good job, it was spot on. I would recommend him to anyone, he is very knowledgeable and really knows what he's doing.
