I was introduced to Kendal Building Services through My Builder and received a very competitive quote from Roger, which I accepted. Although the job was not excessively large, it was quite complex and involved multiple skills and trades. The project management and the construction work was carried out to an excellent standard by Roger, assisted by his son Jason, and the other contractors engaged by him performed to the same high standard. The work was completed in reasonable time. The original work list, with a few minor additions, was carried out to the quoted price, and a number of major extras, requested during the course of the work, were charged at the same very reasonable rates as the original quote. When the job was completed, every scrap of waste and redundant material was removed, and the site left at least as clean as it was before the work started.
Roger was friendly and helpful throughout, even taking us to one of his trade suppliers to choose the decorative lining materials for the walls and ceiling.
In conclusion, I would thoroughly recommend Kendal Building Services, and would gladly employ them again for any future work I may require.
