We are very pleased with the repointing to the front of our house. Kendall Building Services did a very professional job. They were reliable and came on time when they said they would. They answered any questions we had and talked options through with us. Their work is to a high standard and a great finish. Very friendly people too. Would highly recommend them.

Had to chase. Agreed that i would be next job in 2 weeks. Didn’t get back to me. Never contacted me to start work. Very disappointed

Roger and his team did a brilliant job, we had a few delays which weren't their fault but they still managed to complete the job on time and on budget. We plan on having a new bathroom in the new year and will be using Kendal Building Services without a doubt. Thanks Jo & Garry

Roger and Jason did an excellent job on my garden retaining wall. On site on time and a pair of very friendly and professional tradesman. Very competive prices. Also did me a lovely decking job I asked them to do as an extra job. Nice to find an old school tradesman who has pride in his work. Would definitely use them again. Thanks lads.

Rodger did a great job also sorted me some replacement windows whilst here very helpful would recommend him and will certanly use him again if needed

I needed a gable wall pointing as it was in a poor state. I invited quotes from selected builders, and Kendall Building Services were first to reply.Roger Armitage came to look at the job and promised to send a quote. This arrived within two days by e-mail and I was quoted £710. This was a better price than two quotes I had received earlier this year from two "builders" who appeared to be "cowboys". Two days after getting Rogers quote he e-mailed me on Monday to say that the job he programmed in for the week was not ready and he was now available to start my job on the Tuesday. I accepted the offer and he duly arrived on the Tuesday with his equipment and his son to help. Roger was so helpful and amenable and the work was carried out to a high professional standard. All areas were cleaned and made tidy when the job was finished on time within the three days quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending Kendal Building Services for the friendly and professional service.

Sorry Roger thought I had done this feed back, here goes better late than never. Roger and his team removed the front door and bricked up the door way. Which wasn't an easy job because of matching bricks to the existing, but roger made sure he did as much as he could to get a good match. He built a small wall around the bungalow. Transformed the front entrance by fitting new front door and rear patio doors. Boarding out and plastering all walls and fitting a new lean to roof. Fitted a new side door to the garage. A great job and all for a reasonable price. very trustworthy just left the keys and they got on with it. Would not hesitate in recommending Kendal building services, go on give them a try.
