I thought my chimney was falling apart after mortar seemed to be raining down from above. Michael came to have a look, give me a quote and informed me that the chimney wasn't as bad as I thought and didn't need rebuilding, much to my relief. He quoted for the job and was the most competitive of the three. Because of the weather, I was put back a couple of times but needing a roof repair in the middle of Winter, you can't expect anything else. At my request, he took before and after photos. He's made a really neat job, very tidy and he did a couple of little jobs whilst he was up there, not originally quoted for. So he did everything I asked for and a bit more. Would definitely recommend.

Michael took the necessary precautions due to the height of the Victorian building and arranged scaffolding quoting in advance via e mail and updating via text what’s app and phone calls, including sending photographs of the job before and after.
