Michael's service was exemplary! He notified me of his interest in the job within minutes of me sending an enquiry and visited my Mother's home to view the job within a couple of hours... His quote was extremely competitive and he would have done the job immediately, had the weather not been so awful! He outlined payment methods and guarantee and said he would ring to arrange a convenient time to do the job.The job was undertaken the following day by Michael and his colleague. My Mother found McGowan Property Maintenance Ltd to be most professional...This was especially welcome as she is almost 90 and had recently been ripped-off by a rogue tradesman.
