Excellent quality of work. We have hired Johny and his team to remove chimney breast and remaining wall between kitchen and reception room while we were on holiday. 2 RSJ beams have been installed to support floors above. Everything looks great with brilliant attention to detail. All rubbish have been removed and floors and cupboards cleaned from dust. I have no hesitation in recommending Johny to other people. Very happy with choice of builder. Thanks

The job was done immediately and took just half of the day. Was very good communication between the date we contacted Johny and he gave us very good advice. He had patience to all our questions and gave us a lot of indication and options comparing with other builders. In the end, he did more jobs for me because he has a big company, so we did with him the plumbing system as well. Definitely recommend this person and his company because they did the jobs properly and very quick, no need to wait 3 weeks or even worse 1-2 months to book them.

Johny and his team have done a fantastic job! They have worked extremely hard and completed the project in good time. There were couple of set backs such as a weak wall that needed partially rebuilding as well as a gas metre that needed shifting. I have to say I am really pleased with the way Johny and his team dealt with this as they didn't cause a fuss and just cracked on with it, which as a result saved me the stress. Johny was also kind enough to send 2 of his decorators to help with the finishing touches. Everything was all fairly priced, I couldn't have asked for a better builder to do the job. Thank you so much Johny, I do hope to use your services again in the future and I wish your business flourishes. You are a very good example of how builders should be!

Johny and his team did a great job. They arrived spot on time every day and worked throughout until completed. No job was too small. The team are amazing and hard working. They were respectful in my home. Highly recommended.

We had the front of hour house k rendered. We are very pleased with the outcome of the render and the quality of the work. His hard work whilst doing the job was great. I have no reservation in recommending Ionel to friends and family.

Johny and his team completed a beautiful kitchen extension for us last year - which involved demolishing the old extension and building a spacious side rear return with sloping roof and skylights, as well as plastering the new shell, installing floorboards, kitchen units and bifold doors and plumbing in a new bathroom and radiators. From start to finish, Johny was communicative and flexible with our demands. His team completed the project within budget and deadlines given - the only delays occurred on our side when we ordered materials too late. Johny’s team was also reliable and highly skilled, with decades of experience between them, and we cannot fault the quality of their work - especially given the competitive price we paid for it. They often went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we got the finish we wanted, even accompanying us to hardware stores to choose specific materials. There was a slight miscommunication at the end of the project regarding our need for a structural engineer, which added a small cost, but other than that we had a very positive experience and would recommend JTB Ltd for building projects large or small!

We used Johny the builder to take our run down victorian house back to its bare shell - knocking down a few walls and building up from that – new ceilings, electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. We are extremely happy we decided to go with Johny. He is reasonably priced, fast, employs very good polite people and most importantly to us – understands the stresses which go with renovating a house and goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. Their is a real passion for wanting to create the best for you and not trying to fleece you of your money. He hired an excellent project manager to oversee our job and whenever I wanted to talk directly to him he would come around that day to meet me. We have already recommended his services to friends and family and are very happy that we have found builders which we will use for future work.

I used Johny the builder's services to build an extension of my house. After having a previous unpleasant experience with some builders I was not expecting much, but to my great surprise this proved to be the best choice I could have ever made. I can say that I am extremely pleased with the results they delivered. I was so pleased by their work that at the end of the project, I also requested assistance in arranging my garden and patio, which they gladly took upon themselves. Within both projects I can say that my house did not look like a war-zone, with dust and equipment lying around, but it was clean and tidy. I was not dreading returning home after work to find my house in ruins. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who expect high-quality services, as the company is very responsible and always meets the established deadlines. They will help you not simply build the house of your dreams, but also economize your resources and time. Their MAIN policy is Fast-Fair-Fixed! Definetely get this man, as it is hard to get a good and reliable builder!
