I hired johny the builder to refurbish my 3 bedroom house i had my own Electricien and pumbrer after meeting johny i decided to offer the whole project to him, the team Jhony employed been very professional throughout the whole project they are very polite and they will communicate all the time to make sure you are happy with the job his builders and Electrecian and the plumber executed the job with perfection I dealt with builders since 1994 I found Jhony the builder and staff highly professional I would highly recommend Jhony to any building work,I want to take this opportunity to thanks Jhon and his team for the effort they put to make the project runs smoothly and wish him al the best in his business

We cannot praise Johnny and his team enough. They were simply fantastic throughout our project - they have done a beautiful loft conversion, and transformed the rest of the house.. installed two new bathrooms, opened up the downstairs and installed a new kitchen, installed new front and rear doors and bifolds, restored original fireplace, decorated. They are delightful guys to have around, Johny keeps a firm grip of the project and makes sure things don’t get delayed. They are proper craftsmen and real perfectionists. They work hard, they have an eye for detail, they are unfazed by problems, they kept to schedule - you couldn’t ask for more. Johny was around to give advice at any stage we needed, they left things clean and tidy and have a real pride in their work. We would highly recommend Johny to anyone - he’s a great, trustworthy, hardworking and genuine guy who does exactly what he says he will. This was our first major building project but we couldn’t have been in better hands.

A good job by John's guys. Prompt, polite, reasonably priced and high standard of work. I would definately recomend John for any building work and I will no doubt use him again in the future.

A great job by Johny and his team. Very hard workers with great attention to detail, from start to finish. The work done was very high quality. A very nice bunch of guys also and always able to contact. All very respectful, always on time and worked a full hard day. Excellent job done on our house. I will stay in contact and use again.

Johny and his team recently completed a refurbishment project in my flat that involved stripping out old laminate flooring in my living room and hall way and installing new wood flooring. They also re-plastered my living room and ceiling and painted. Installed and painted new skirting and beading, new sockets etc. The work was done to a very high standard and they were really good at finding solutions to any problems as and when they occurred such as working in uneven flooring or bent walls. Not all properties are perfect and mine certainly isn't in terms of its structure but they properly dealt with problems and there were no shortcuts or temporary workarounds. They were punctual each morning and were only delayed by the weather conditions and roadworks. Would put in a full days work. I gave them spare keys to the flat which they would politely give back each evening without even me asking for them. Very courteous with really good attention to detail during the work. Also showed a lot of care when moving things around so not to scratch the walls or damage any other belongings. They would also properly clean up after each stage was completed. I'm really pleased with the work and would look to hire them again in the summer as I plan to replace all my internal doors and probably install an extractor fan for my bathroom. I hired Johnny and we started with the electrics. Johnny made an excellent impression from the beginning, he listens to you and gives you very good advice, he has some very good ideas as well which make a big difference to the finishing of the works (ie brick cleaning whilst the scaffoldings are up to do the roof). Yes, it does cost a bit more but the effect on the house is amazing. The quote he gave me for the job was good so I decided to go with him. He also happened to do a complete refurbishment very close to where I live so you can check about the quality of his work. The electrics works involved more work than originally anticipated, I called Johnny a few times during the works and he was always available – even when he was about to go on holiday – and very polite. The builders who work for Johnny are very skilled – the electrician had a degree in electronics in his country which shows Johnny employs only highly skilled people. His motto is “my customers come first”, he wants his customers to be happy. He does tell you quite often that it is important that you are happy with the work. Johnny also said that he was not going to take any payment until the works were completed and he did. As I said the works were a bit more complex than originally anticipated but the quote remained the same and the full payment was only taken upon completion of the works. Very happy customer and will use him again.

We were very pleased with Johny the Builder. The whole process was very smooth - prompt response, came quickly to view the job and give a quote, good communication throughout, happy to add additional work when we changed our minds, and started the work pretty much straight away. The price itself was very reasonable - slightly cheaper than others we received, though not by a margin that made you suspect the likely quality of the work. The guys who came round to do the work were great - friendly, keen to ensure the work was done in the way that we wanted, cleaned up well after themselves each day, and ensured that we were happy with every aspect of the job. The quality of the work itself was really good - the house now looks great. Will certainly be recommending Johny the Builder to others and using them again ourselves.

'Johny' recently undertook a job of sorting out a badly constructed loft conversion. From the very start he was quick to do an onsite visit, quick to do a quotation and then started on the job within a few days of him getting the job. From day 1 his workers arrived on time and worked extremely hard. Despite several unforseen problems coming up the work was completed only two days over schedule but this was still weeks quicker than any other builder quoted. I cant recommend these guys enough and would be happy for anyone to contact me if they need anymore information. Great guys, great work, great price

Excellent 5 star service. The guys were on site for 5 days, arrived early every morning and worked long hours but finished on time and on budget. Very friendly and professional and I would certainly work with them again.
