We had a tight schedule and Jamie was fantastic at working to this. His recommendations for the replacement boiler and what else we needed were thorough and the price was excellent. The work he did was second to none and we would definitely use him again. 10/10 for JR Glasson.

Jamie from J R Glasson Ltd quoted a very competitive price for the boiler replacement along with 8 yrs guarantee as he is an accredited installer of the 2 biggest boiler brands. All the work was carried out as agreed, on time & budget and everything was cleaned nice and tidy after. Jamie even moved his jobs around to accommodate our request. Jamie and his assistant John are very competent and knowledgable. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in future.

I would thoroughly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable and professional plumber. Not only did he explain the pro's and con's of different types of boiler, he also included those at different prices to fit all budgets. Additionally, even though this boiler was fitted in a rental property, Jamie and his co -worker treated the property with absolute respect, supplying covers to ensure that the flat stayed clean and tidy. The work was carried out efficiently, included a Landlords Certificate, and a full explanation of how to use the new boiler. I also received a courtesy call the following day to check that everything was running smoothly. First class service indeed.

Jamie did a great job, he turned up on time and did everything for the agreed price. No hidden extras like some others said could happen. nice friendly bloke and so was the other guy who helped him (sorry i forgot his name). they even brought their own kettle and milk !!! Jamie did come back to help with a small problem and currently everything is great.

We would like to thank Jamie for the wonderful job he did. The job included complete removal of a 1980's heating system with an immersion heater, water tanks in the loft and a really old (and heavy) gas boiler for the rads. This was all being replaced with a brand new fully fitted combination boiler, which is working amazingly! The job was due to take 2 full days but it was all completed and looking excellent after what I would call 1.5 days. All existing radiators were flushed and cleaned and everything was left clean and tidy after the work was completed. Jamie is reliable, honest, punctual, extremely hard working, and completed the job ahead of schedule including a little extra work that we requested. For this reason he is also flexible and full of help and advice. I would recommend Jamie to anyone as he communicates well and was competitively priced. Jamie fitted a new bathroom for us and gave good advice throughout the process. After receiving a number of quotes from high street retailers we found Jamie to be excellent value for money. The quality of the products he was able to source have left us with a wonderful looking bathroom, that was completed in the given time. Would highly recommend and will be using his services again
