Jamie was fantastic from the moment he contacted us, to finishing the job. He turned up to all appointments on time, gave an extremely competitive quote and clearly explained the challenges and issues we had to consider with any potential additional costs. He also gave us a number of boiler options highlighting the one he thought was the most suitable (and he also explained why). The removal of the old boiler and installation of the new was carried out over two days. After each day the work area was left clean and tidy. The work was finished within the scheduled time and although Jamie offered to come back and rectify any issues, we had no need for that as everything works perfectly! Jamie was very professional and easy to deal with and we highly recommend him!

Jamie and his colleague, John, arrived promptly and worked hard every day. Their knowledge was impressive and they laid the pipes & boiler so neatly and quickly. Their chasing in the wall was tidy and covered up discreetly. We had one mix-up but Jamie was quick to sort it out at no extra cost. We had a lot of work done (radiators, towel rails, new system, old removed) and we were glad we chose the expertise of JR Glasson Ltd.

A very friendly guy, would recommend in a heart beat for any gas work. Very happy with the speed of new boiler fitted. Went above and beyond and understood my needs. Very happy.

Jamie and his team were absolutely brilliant! They were punctual and very professional throughout and took away our old boiler after they had completed the job. I would definitely recommend Jamie!

Combi boiler swap. Jamie fitted a Worcester 28cdi with a 10 year Guarantee. I wasn’t present for the install as it was for a rental property but I did manage to catch Jamie and his colleague as they were leaving. Both seemed friendly.

Great work from Jamie and John replacing my old boiler and leaking hot water cylinder. Jamie came quickly to give a quote for the work and clearly explained what my options were. They arrived to do the work exactly when we agreed and completed the work in 2 days as promised (including making sure we had heating overnight). Very happy indeed with the work from Jamie and his team. From explaining the options, arranging the finance and fitting the boiler, to removing the old equipment and tidying up, and showing us how it all worked, everything was done very precisely, efficiently and in a friendly way. They even put up with the dog! Everything works perfectly and it's made a big difference. A real professional.

Fitted us a new central heating system including radiators. Very happy with all the work done, guys were all friendly and our central heating system works perfectly. Always punctual and completed the job on time. Made it as easy as possible for us. Very reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to reccommend!
