From the moment I met Jamie and discussed changing my heating system from condensing boiler to combi boiler. I knew I had the right person. Once I decided to go ahead with job, I was given a start date within 2 weeks. Jamie and John turned up on specified date. And completed job in the given time of 2 days. Both men were friendly and explained what they had to do. They cleaned up at the end of the job. I had a slight problem with system within 2 days. Jamie immediately came round and sorted glitches out. System is running really well now. Can't praise both Jamie and John enough for the job they did.

Right from the first communication we were confident that Jamie could help with our requirements. We had a 15 year old back boiler mounted behind the fire in the lounge, which we knew needed to be decommissioned and the new one located in the loft. Jamie did a free survey, recommended the most appropriate place for the boiler. Talked through how he was going to move it, pipe work etc. We had already identified our boiler through previous survey, however Jamie confirmed that this would suit our needs and was the best for the household. Our quote arrived promptly, after a few minor changes, we were happy to award Jamie the job. We did not want the work doing straight away, Jamie was flexible in meeting our timescales and we agreed a start date. A week before Jamie contacted me to see if we were still happy, if we had any further questions and arrange a time for the first day. Jamie and the team arrived promptly and throughout their work they were courteous, respectful of the house, polite and very knowledgeable. The work was completed, the boiler decommissioned and the new one registered which was an added bonus. My husband was talked through the operating of the boiler and wireless system and was not rushed. We were very impressed with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and the team for future projects. The house is lovely and warm and instant hot water, which is a first in over 15 years. Very happy Customers, great team & Professional job.

J R Glasson Ltd quoted a competitive price for the boiler replacement along with 8 years guarantee. The work also included the replacement of a radiator. The work was carried out as agreed, both in terms of time and budget. The house was left clean and tidy. Jamie and his assistant John were very helpful and completed the work to a high standard. Based on our experience I would recommend them and would use them again in future.

Jamie did an excellent job of fitting our new central heating system. He was extremely flexible and came back quickly when there was a minor leak. We would not hesitate to use Jamie again in the future.

Excellent in all respects. Turned up promptly to discuss the job, came up with some good suggestions and provided an estimate quickly. Agreed a starting time and date, he and his operative turned up exactly on time and first job was to lay sheets etc to protect carpets. He had allowed 2 days for the work and it was completed on time (roughly 20 work hours) with the minimum of inconvenience, the site was left clean and all rubbish removed. I was very impressed and would certainly use the firm again and recommend them to others. Punctual, hard working, Gas safe, excellent knowledge on the products they installed, no shortcuts taken, I was very pleased with the result. MJG123.

Jamie relocated and replaced the boiler for me. He offered advice on which was the best boiler to suit my needs and was a quick and efficient worker. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Jamie is a very friendly & professional heating engineer / bathroom fitter. He carried out our boiler fit when he said he would with no fuss and even gave us advice we asked for regarding a bathroom refitt and even sorted out a leaky tap we had under the kitchen sink whilst doing the boiler fit. We would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Jamie great job !!

Very happy with work done by Jamie. Bit of a mish- mash of a project and he was patient and helpful; offering sound advice on matters that he wasn't directly involved in. Would hire again.
