Job was completed well and for the price quoted. He also sent me the paperwork very quickly after his visit. Neil arrived promptly, serviced the boiler as requested, and also showed me 2 ways in which my boiler settings were too high for my needs/house size which was costing me unnecessary money. Was very responsive to the job on hand After the work was completed he discussed with me exactly what service was done Also all of the service paperwork was sent to me within 24 hours of completion. Review left on 23 Nov 2023Rating: 5 out of 5Replace new gas cookerInitially wanted a professional service to disconnect and install cooker but as such service be eventually offered by the retailer so I this review was for having Neil helping me to serve the back fire gas heater (which I never touched on it since I bought this home). He arrived on time, explained the work, did the service, cleaned the area, also gave me some valid signposts and suggestions of other areas in my home. I received the gas certificate this morning. Everything in order and systematically. I will definitely recommend Neil and am more than happy to have him fix the rest of home's issues if that is possible.
