I had been told some time ago that my living flame fire was too old to fix and that I would have to rip the whole thing, including decorative tiling, out. I really didn’t want to have to do this, Neil advised I could get a new tapered fire insert, something I hadn’t even heard of before. Despite it being a fixed fee Neil never rushed to get in & out as quickly as possible, he took his time & was extremely diligent in making sure both the new fire insert & the new radiator valve were working perfectly. He was knowledgeable, professional and had a very pleasant manner. He gave great advice and assisted me through ordering parts to using my new appliance. I appreciated the fact he had one charge and you did not need to worry about how long the job would take as the price would not increase.
