Imgas provided a very thorough service, arriving a few hours after I posted the job. The engineer, Neil, was very friendly and knowledgable explaining the problem and what our options were. A new part was ultimately required to fix our boiler, Neil ordered the part and returned the next day to not only fix the problem but also provided a full service for the boiler.

Due to work, I could only be at home at certain time. Neil was very accommodating of this and was very punctual on the day. The work carried out was completed to a high standard. He is a very pleasant man, who is working with a wealth of experience. Highly recommended!

Neil responded to ad really quickly despite being on holiday. Arrived Saturday morning exactly when he said he'd be there. The job was completed with minimum fuss at the price quoted. Neil is friendly, reliable and professional. Highly recommended!
