Excellent job. Really pleased with the service and competence. As soon as I shortlisted Neil, he replied and we quickly scheduled a date for him to have a look at the boiler. He came spot on at the time agreed and the job was completed within a couple of hours. He quickly assessed the fault; explained everything to me in very good detail; checked with suppliers the part needed was available; went to get it; and fitted the part. He then checked everything was working fine and tidied everything up. I was very impressed with his knowledge and competence and he is also a very nice man really easy to talk to about things I know nothing about i.e. boilers. No doubt I will use his services again if I need to. Very happy to recommend.

Great service and very professional. Neil was punctual for his appointment and was more than flexible on booking job. As a landlord its good to be able to deal with a job remotely with all payments, billing etc being fully electronic therefore removing any inconvenience. I would highly recommend Neil.

Excellent service. Although the job was not urgent he was with me in less than 24 hours and was very pleasant and efficient. So much so that I invited him to come back a few days later and also service the boiler. Absolutely no problems here and he gave me useful information too. I shall certainly ask him back I the future.
