Neil provided an excellent service. He stated exactly when he would be coming well in advance with a time and arrived promptly. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He diagnosed the job in hand and the requirements. He went to get the relevant part required and the local plumbstore. Whilst providing good chat he also prepared the new cooker for first use and gave me advice on how to use it safely. Costs were stated upfront and adhered to. I would recommend Neil and will not hesitate to use his services again in the future. An honest, reliable and skillful tradesman.

I was very impressed with Neil's professional dealing of my heating problems. He was very prompt to respond and always turned up on time. His knowledge of what was required was impressive and his explanations most helpful. At the same time he did not pursue expensive options. The quality of his work was excellent and done in good time. His prices were reasonable and he made sure that I understood the way my heating system now worked. I can recommend him highly and will be getting him to do further work for me on my shower.
