the work that was carried out by hunbuild was of exceptional standards. From start to finish it was well communicated. The workers on site were courteous at all times. comments from neighbours was how quiet the work was carried out. the work scedule was on time for completion. I would not hesitate to hire Hunbuild in the future. Well done Hunbuild.

Hunbuild did a very thorough and professional job on a project that turned out to be much longer and more complicated than was expected. They always turned up when agreed, tidied up thoroughly and happily accomodated all the changes to the project that had to be done without any drama. I would happily ask them again for future projects.

Andrew's Team has done fantastic job to remove chimney breast. They are always on time, working late and finishing within agreed time. I sometimes left the keys with them to carry on with their work. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely re-hire them for any other work.

Adam and his team have been extremely professional and worked very hard. Excellent service from start to finish. He followed up my enquiry, visited at the agreed time and kept me informed throughout via telephone and in person. The job became more complex than originally thought but they still managed to finish before Christmas. I am extremely pleased with the standard of work, and would definitely use them for future jobs. I will also be recommending Hunbuild to friends and family who are looking for a builder.

Hunbuild are great, friendly guys. Always on hand to talk when I had concerns. A very small bathroom but treated as a true project. Willing to do all the unexpected jobs (wall was rotten so had that replaced too, this meant it took a bit longer than normal but that was ok) Bathroom is now very neat indeed. Clean, watertight and stylish. Thanks Guys

I used Hunbuild for removal of chimney breasts from four rooms. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I was extremely happy and satisfied with their work. 1. They removed the chimney breasts brick by brick and I have a large pile of bricks in my garden for next project. Clean and efficient way of working, minimizing mess and damage to floorboards. 2. Their bonding at the chimney breasts was done to an excellent standard, I have had it assessed by my plasterer who says it it a much better job than he usually sees. 3. Their repair of the floorboards involved rejoisting the floor for a very stable and level structure which was very well done. 4. They liased with the local council on my behalf and were very good at problem-solving and incorporating the suggestions of the surveyor. 5. Very fast. All works completed in 9 days start to finish.

Hunbuild turned up on time to provide me with a quote and they gave me a good break down of the problem that caused my terrible damp/leaking flat roof and chimney. They then provided me with a very professional service to a good standard and the horrific weather recently has thoroughly tested the work, to say the least. I'm happy to say there is NO more damp problems and it is totally fixed. The job only took them a day and the workman was polite, tidy and pleasant. I would happily recommend Hunbuild to others.

I really can only say wonderful things about Hunbuild. To give you some background information - I am 7 months pregnant and we recently bought a house in Islington and we're having major renovation work done. We needed a chimney breast removed and with that, new RSJ fitted and new ceiling joists. We hired a company and things started to go wrong, the builder was rude to me and my husband and we got so worried about the whole situation. I went on to Google and managed to find Hunbuild. I phoned them up and they came around the next day to give us a price. They said that they would deal with the council for us, said they had a 2 week window to fit us in if we wanted and they were extremely professional. I've run out of praise for them - they have been completely exceptional. Not only did they do full 6am-7pm days, they tidied up after themselves and were such gentlemen the whole time. I couldn't have had a better experience. They got the job done in 3 days (they said allow for 5), within the budget and I couldn't speak more highly of them. They were charming, reliable and really excellent in communicating with us throughout. I'm a great believer in spreading the great news and they really were great news to us. I wouldn't hesitate to have them in my house again.
