I cannot recommend Sean highly enough. He was very professional to work with. He gave a fair quotation, completed the brick restoration/pointing work within in the original timeframe quoted and answered all my questions with patience. I would certainly recommend Sean to anyone looking for external restoration work.

Sean spent a long time getting the colour right on the pointing, three visits before we started (it was a difficult shade of white). He turned up at 07:30 each morning and is a great chap to boot. We added a couple of other small jobs in and he covered it all in the original price, a pleasure to hire and a great job. Thanks Sean.

Sean was fabulous from the outset and very professional. He visited our property to look at the proposed works, a front boundary wall, and arrived at the agreed time. His quote arrived by email quickly after the visit. Sean was ready to offer advice on bricks etc which was very helpful. Once we employed Sean's services, he always arrived on time. He got on with the job and you never really noticed he was there as he was such a tidy worker. When Sean finished for the day, he left the property tidy and likewise when he finished the job in full. Sean's standard of work is top quality and we are very happy with what he has built. I have asked Sean to carry out more works as we are so confident in his standard of work and we trust his ability and work ethic which is very important to us when employing a tradesman to undertake works to our house. I would highly recommend Sean as his professionalism and quality of work is of the highest standard.

Fantastic! Reasonably priced. Turned up on time everyday. Kept me informed on progress. Lime mortar pointing looks amazing, great job. Woked very hard. Tidied up very well at the end of each day. Sean and Joe did a fantastic job of the lime rendering. They were busy with other work but fitted it in on a weekend and at a very reasonable rate. The skill and care taken with the rendering was superb, with real attention to detail in finishing around windows and doors in particular. They are true craftsmen who are clearly very skilled with traditional techniques and materials. They were also very nice chaps to have around, and took great care in cleaning up after the day's work. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Sean was an honest, reliable builder. A pleasure to do business with. I had leaking steps up to my front door and they would have cost thousands of pounds I didn't have to replace. He saved me thousands of pounds by diagnosing the problem (the problem came from holes in my neighbours' steps) and coming up with a solution to fix. I would definitely use again.
