Excellent job removing old hob and fitting a new one. Derek came when he said he'd come and did a thorough job, including checking all other gas appliances. He replaced our heating system, installed new radiators and fitted a sink unit (plus a few other things that we thought of!). High quality work in all areas, professional manner, very polite, punctual, tidy, took care of our property, kept us regularly informed, explained what he was doing and why, involved us in making decisions. Listened really carefully to what we needed and what our concerns were and came up with great solutions at an excellent price. Incredibly trustworthy, made everything (the work, the price, the timeline) very clear and easy to understand. He's very skilled and knowledgeable - has a background as handyman, plumber and now gas engineer so nothing fazed him! Also a lovely, friendly bloke - which is an added bonus for a big job when he was in our home for extended periods. I was perplexed to have received this feedback. The job I undertook was completed in November 2010. I hadn't received any communication with regards any issue the customer had, if I had I would have contacted the customer to resolve them. Why has the customer waited 5 years to give feedback?
