Derek arrived on time. He wasted no time in getting on with the work. He showed me what he had done, explained how it all worked,and proved it was all working correctly by showing me the meters used to test that the central heating and hot water were working. A pleasant man who left everything tidy on completion. I would recommend Derek West.

Derek is a lovely man who came over to take a look/quote for the job. He came the next day to move our gas pipe in order to fit our new oven in. He even did little extras that we did not ask for but really needed and appreciated. He is reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Derek, will definitely call you again!

Great workmanship from a great guy

Worked really fast over a long day, for a reasonable day rate.

Estimate sent quickly, was accepted and job started and completed the next day. Perfect - no issues at all: would recommend and use again.

Excellent efficient service from Derek. He made me happy that he fixed it but sad when he told me it was so dangerous he had to shut it down. However, really he's done me a big favour in that now I know my house won't catch fire from the corroded gas protection plate which I wasn't aware had almost worn through. I'm thinking I'm going to replace this gas fire with an electric one now and when I do I'll definitely be contacting Derek to shut my gas off. Also service with a smile is always good.

Really great service at a great price. We needed to have British Gas come to check the supply and he did that while on site and stayed while that was sorted. Would recommend to anyone.

Derek completed the shower fit to a high standard. He was very patient as the Bathstore delivered incorrect parts on several occasions and Derek came back on numerous occassions to get the job completed.

I have used Derek before for another job.he is very reliable and knowledge.i would highly recommend for him
