Excellent. Chris and Kat's work is first class. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their obvious pride in their professional standards. They were also imaginative problem solvers and worked out solutions to issues where others might have cut corners. Both were very hardworking and a pleasure to have around. Very pleased with the end result. Will use again.

Chris and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our bathroom and we are thrilled with the results. He is honest, hard working and very talented. He has excellent attention to detail and created a very high standard of finish. He is very experienced and made very sensible and helpful suggestions about design and practicality. He was clean and tidy and cleaned up every night before he left. His communication was excellent and he kept us up to date with all developments. He was able to problem solve issues very easily and never changed the price agreed despite there being substantial extra work involved. I would highly recommend.

Chris and his colleague did an excellent job of renovating my bathroom. Before starting the job, he took time to discuss my requirements and showed me pictures on his ipad of previous bathrooms he had done. They were very professional and hardworking, working long hours. A significant amount of work needed to be done as the walls were not in a good condition to start with, and the wall between the airing cupboard and bath had to be knocked down to make way for a shower cubicle. The ceiling lights were resited and additional lights were added in the shower cubicle, in addition to everything else required for a bathroom refurbishment (plastering, tiling, plumbing etc.). Chris passed on his discounts with the suppliers to me, and his price for labour was a good one. They worked neatly and cleared away all the rubble at the end of the job. I am very happy with my lovely new bathroom and would not hesitate in recommending Bathexpert to family and friends.

Chris and his team managed the complete renovation of 3 bathrooms and they were absolutely outstanding! The quality of their work and value for money was first class. They were extremely committed and solution focused throughout. We could not fault them and I would highly recommend Chris to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Fantastic!

Bathexpert delivered an excellent complete renovation of our medium sized bathroom, with good value for money and a trustworthy, reliable and experienced team. The quote was extremely competitive. Whilst the job was ongoing it was discovered that the previous ceiling did not have insulation, and as such a new insulated ceiling required fitting. This variation was priced fairly, with no pressure to commit. Chris did a great job of re-plumbing the entire bathroom, concealing pipes, replacing faulty plumbing and taking us out of an old water tank, thus improving the water pressure to the various outlets tremendously. The tiling and plastering was top notch, with good attention to detail, e.g. centering tiles over taps, and really clean edges on the plaster. Electrical work was also no problem, with an electric heated towel rail and a new extractor fan fitted without a hitch. The overall effect of the finished bathroom was fantastic. Chris and Cata were good at communicating when decisions needed to be made, and were also happy to listen to our suggestions and ideas. Once the job was finished, they were more than happy to return to replace a faulty product from our bathroom supplier, with a new one we had ordered, along with some cosmetic touch ups. They made it very clear that they were willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our requirements. We would highly recommend Bathexpert to friends and family and would definitely hire them again for any future bathroom projects.

Chris and his colleague worked extremely hard and put in long hours to complete this job. Their work was of a high standard and he even redid other plumbing works that had been 'botched' by a Central Heating engineer prior to him starting his job at no extra cost. He offered advice regarding items to purchase and even obtained trade discounts for us when he could. He was always punctual, tidy and polite and completely trustworthy (we had no issues with giving him a key to our property for access while we were out.) He was also very easy to contact either via telephone or via email which was refreshing as I have had issues with contractors in this respect in the past. Finally, he did the entire job at a fixed cost (despite the extra work he was forced to do due to another tradesman's errors) and at a rate which was extremely reasonable for the amount of work and hours that he put into the job. I would therefore have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to others.

The Bathexpert lived up to the name! We gave Christian the keys to our flat to do the really dirty work while we were on holiday for a week. He was in regular contact while we were away to make sure that all work was done exactly as we wanted it. We had a challenging space to work with but with the Christian's ideas and skills the bathroom has been transformed. Workmanship is superb. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We needed our bathroom done but wanted a quality job by a specialist in bathroom fitting. Sowhen Chris came round and showed us previous jobs he had done we knew he would be the one for us. The quality of work is to the highest of standards and the advise we were given helped to complete the project. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking at having a new bathroom! We had 4 bathrooms and a cloakroom to refurbish . We got quotes from the regular home stores, but finally decided to go with Chris as we were impressed by his work, and he was very competitively priced. I can't emphasise enough what a God-send he was! Chris and Cata did a fabulous job in every bathroom with perfect workmanship. Chris is a perfectionist and doesn't give up till a job meets his standards, which is sometimes time consuming, but he doesn't shy away from the additional effort. More than anything, what I really impressed me was their professionalism and their pleasantness, which I completely underestimated when evaluating others. When you have someone in your house for an extended period of time, it is important to have people you can feel comfortable having around. Chris and Cata almost became part of our family. They turned up promptly at 8:30am every day, and worked through till 7:30 or later, with only a short break for lunch. They were extremely careful around the house, very clean, and left the place tidy every night. It is a very disruptive job for the whole household, but they helped ensure that all the rooms were done with as little mess and nuisance as possible. I would highly recommend Chris and am happy to be contacted if you want to see photos of my bathrooms. I have already confirmed a future job with Chris when we build into the loft, and have recommended him to my friends.
