I am very happy with the work that Chris and his team delivered. He's done a great job which is definitely beyond the work scope. Chris and his team helped me do the flooring work and a ground floor toilet refurbishment. He is very approachable, and gave me valid opinion at first place. He designed the toilet layouts and structure for me, agreed all the details without any doubt. The team is extremely hardworking. I cannot recommend Chris (and his team) highly enough. The exceptional quality of the finished job is clear for all to see (Chris has the photographs). But it is the "hidden" aspects of the work that really distinguish Chris from all the others. My house was built in 1928, to a pretty high standard, but ... ... for the first time in its life, my bathroom now has walls that are totally plumb and square, and a ceiling and floor that are perfectly horizontal. What this means is that all the finished tiling, floor to ceiling, and wall to wall on the floor, is fitted to millimetre perfection. Equally, although I did not specify a "tanked" wet room, all the wall and floor surfaces were waterproofed against the slightest of future leaks from whatever source. So, no nasty surprises 5 years "down the line" ... What more can I say? Simply, you are more than welcome to come and inspect my beautiful bathroom, conveniently if you live in West or South West London (e.g. Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith, Acton, or Richmond). Chris's fixed price quotation also meant a truly FIXED price, regardless of what he discovered during the course of the job. Worth every penny, and more!

I hired Bathexpert to renovate an aging , small shower room. From the initial engagement I have been impressed with the level of professionalism, Chris and his guys came in and did an excellent job. They turned up on time and on schedule working long days to ensure the job was completed on time. The result is a a transformed room with a top end finish , I can hardly believe its the same room . Chris is very thorough , I was working from home and I observed each stage of the process . The walls were rebuilt from a previously substandard job . Chris cleared up at the end of each ensuring the site was nice and tidy . I can only say good things about his company , I will certainly be inviting them back to complete another job in near future . Chris is very customer focused , nothing was too much trouble to discuss or advise on. Having had several leaks and problems with this room in the past . From start to finish this has been a great experience and I could not be happier with the result. We had our bathroom completely stripped and re-fitted with new ceiling new floor, all new plumbing and electrics. This work was all carried out with little mess and we quickly saw the new bathroom taking shape. The bathroom was fully tiled both on the walls and floor. The tiling is immaculate and the fitting of the sanitary is perfect everything was done to a very high standard. Chris and his team were very professional, extremely honest, neat, polite, and so confident in their skills that they support their work with a warranty which makes me even more relaxed. They went above and beyond in making sure the final product was what I wanted explaining all the details and what they're going to do before, during and after the job. We agreed on a price at the beginning of the job and despite the problems that the guys come across this didn't change, they did extra bits with no fuss. If you are looking for a hard working, professional and reliable builder you MUST contact Bathexpert and let them quote you for the job. Chris and his team worked extremely hard to give us an outstanding bathroom. Chris gave us many ideas at the planning stage, which we hadn't thought of, all worked out perfectly. They were reliable, informed us of what time they would start work each day, worked very hard all day and kept the area as tidy as possible. Even when they found a few problems they easily solved them and never complained about the extra work this caused them. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work but deliver to a very high standard for a reasonable price. We would recommend them to anyone considering having work in their bathroom.

My experience with Chris and his team has been nothing short of incredible. My old bathroom needed completely ripping out - it had sloping floors, leaking taps, and was a mess. Chris and his team were amazing. They did all the groundwork properly for an immaculate new bathroom; they do not take short cuts. Chris went out of his way to suggest innovative solutions I had not thought of, in order to leave me with a top notch bathroom. He stuck to his fee quote (which I thought very reasonable) and was honest and straightforward about every aspect of his work. He worked around my holidays, kept me fully informed about everything, and was just a sheer pleasure to work with. He and his team were tidy and considerate at all times and I felt very comfortable having them in the house. The finished product is immaculate and I am very happy. I would use Chris for any future bathroom work and am recommending him to family, friends and work colleagues. Chris is very much a perfectionist, and what really comes across is how important it is to him to leave the customer happy. It really matters to him and that is incredibly refreshing. I was pretty anxious about having the work, done and he was v reassuring at all times. I honestly cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. If I could score him and his team out of 10, it would have to be a resounding 10.

Chris and his team refurbished two bathrooms and a cloakroom for us. All three rooms required a total re-design. ALL santaryware in ALL rooms moved positions to give a much more spacious feel. Chris overcame a few challenges in each room. We benefited from his technical advice throughout, whilst matters of personal taste were of course our own choice. Chris is keen to ensure an aesthetic appeal, and the end result is fantastic. They are trustworthy, professional and very hard-working. We fully recommend Chris and his team.

We hired bath expert after looking at several other fitters. We found that they had better understanding of what was needed and how we wanted our bathroom to look and feel. Our bathroom was a total refurb and needed everything stripped out from top to bottom. Bath expert also advised us of certain materials to avoid and gave good advice on what to get. They buy the materials for you and avoid the hassle of me going to get it and provide me with all the receipts. Chris and his team have done an excellent job re-furbishing our tired old bathroom to a new, modern, clean design. Their workmanship is top quality and they don't cut any corners. They all punctual, work long hours and are totally reliable. The team consulted with us at each stage of the project to ensure that the final design met our needs. Unfortunately, the project had a number of hurdles to over-come during the process but Chris and his team worked to find the right solutions and were very flexible in their approach.
