These guys did a stellar job!! They were accommodating and they advised us on the best products to use. It was a big job (in our eyes!) with lots of building and breaking and repurposing. My 2 finished bathrooms are beautiful, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Friendly guy, and a friendly team of workers. I will hire them for my next bathroom job this year. THANKS!!

It's never easy to choose a builder based on reviews alone but as soon as chris arrived to give an estimate I knew he was a genuine honest gentleman. I ABSOLUTLEY made the right choice. My husband sadly became disabled due to illness and Chris and his colleagues worked with us to produce an accessible wetroom. Chris and his team are punctual, hardworking, respectful, trustworthy and considerate.We were SO impressed by their hard work, arriving at 8 am and sometimes not leaving until well after 7 working continuously through the day,with only a short break for lunch. Chris prides himself on his standards and it was clear to see the quality of the build from the bare bones to the final finish. A few problems along the way were solved and dealt with, along with a few little extras, and we are now left with a wetroom that would befit any 5 star hotel or spa. The finish is absolute perfection. And all was left clean and tidy, It's now the best room in the house. And I can't wait to show it off to our guests. I would like to thank chris for all his hard work and providing us with a room that will make life so much easier and more enjoyable for my husband. Chris has my permission to pass on my phone number to anyone who would like to come and inspect his work.. I challenge you to find fault. I would confidently recommend bathexpert to anyone who wants a quality bathroom at a reasonable cost, I will definately be using chris to refit the main bathroom in the near future.

Chris and his team are professionals, Chris significantly assisted with the design of our bathrooms , it was an excellent finish on both the bathrooms (like showroom standards and quality). Chris and team are very customer focused , there was a minor issue after the job was completed, but as soon as I called Chris , he got his team to respond very quickly and back in to get resolved in days (over the Christmas period too). I will be using Chris and his team again , absolutely.

Cristian and his team are a pleasure to work with. Punctual, on the budget, and ready to meet any of my requirements. The level of professionalism is one of highest. They have replaced from top to bottom an outdated bathroom, helped with the design dilemmas and their attention to detail can only be a proof to the craftsmanship they deliver. It is hard to find better. Very happy with the bathroom!

Chris Guta (Bathexpert) carried out a truly amazing transformation of our dated bathroom, Chris and his colleagues were totally professional from beginning to end, giving guidance and advice throughout, this was very much appreciated because as work progressed Chris was able to clearly explain any structural issues (arising from a previous leak) that we had not foreseen. Chris was able to give great design / layout ideas for our consideration (almost all of them that we took up), including under-floor heating which is a god send and the illuminated alcoves in the walk-in wet room /shower area. During the work Chris always kept us fully updated regarding costings etc. via phone messaging. Chris and his team certainly put in the hours, working diligently throughout their long days on the job. Before starting the work Chris and his colleague ensured the hall / landing carpets were fully protected and all work was carried with no/minimal mess (clearing up thoroughly at the end of the working day. We had to leave Chris to finish the bathroom as we were going away. Chris was brilliant and kept us updated regarding progress (sending pictures etc.). We came back to the finished bathroom that was absolutely stunning and surpassed our expectations. Overall a great job, skillfully undertaken and we have no qualms in fully recommending Chris and the Bathexpert team to anyone needing that bathroom renewal (it really has transformed our tired old bathroom) - Great job, thanks Chris.

I found ‘Bath Expert’ just browsing online under Bathroom Installers in my area. We have a Georgian house that has been woefully neglected for many years and trying to find sympathetic professional tradesman is a wearisome task, either over pricing or actually shunning the work. Thank goodness then for Bath Expert who actually listened to our concerns and offered invaluable constructive advice at competitive rates. There is no slacking with Christian and his team they work and work until the job is done, 8am sharp until 6.30 every day including Saturdays if necessary, your home will be respected and so will you. Professional and polite, workmanship to the highest standard, no problem insurmountable. All carpets were professionally covered and debris was hiked cleanly up and down three flights of stairs, we now have designer bathrooms that were finished to an extremely high standard including unexpected extras such as repainting doors and surrounding woodwork. Bath Expert for us was a stress-free experience and this company is highly recommended.

We are over the moon with our new bathroom and would recommend Bathexpert wholeheartedly. Our job involved making two small rooms into one larger family bathroom with wet room and free standing bath. Chris, Cata and Dragosh worked extremely hard six days a week over 10 hours a day to get the job done. We suspect they might have even stayed later had we not needed to get our young children to sleep. They are polite, respectful and friendly. They have a "can do" attitude which manifested itself throughout the project - they would suggest ideas and solutions for everything we raised and they really want you to be happy with their work. They were not even phased when we announced that we had decided to hire a hoist so that they could get our 200kg stone bath through a first floor window! We were anxious to ensure the finish was of a high quality but we need not have worried - Chris and his team have a very high attention to detail in all aspects of their work. Their tiling is second to none. They also carefully protected our floors and left the house very clean at the end of the job. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Chris and his team completed three bathrooms and we are so happy with all of them. Chris provided us with great advice and is knowledgable in all aspects of bathrooms. The price which was quoted for labour was fixed and true to his word he never asked for a penny more, even though Chris encountered many issues with the renovation of the bathroom he was able to overcome all the problems with the bathroom. Chris and his team were very respectful to the house and protected the floors and stairs. Throughout their job they were very neat and tidy and even on the last day they cleaned up so thoroughly it was like they had never been in the house. Chris was also accurate at providing timescales for the work and completed the work in the agreed time. The quality of the teams work was excellent and I can't fault their service and work. The team are very trustworthy and we were able to go to work happily knowing that the house was being left in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Chris and the team for any bathroom installation from both a design and installation perspective as well as a trust perspective. I love all three of my bathrooms and I can't thank Chris and the team enough!!!!

Chris did a good job of my downstairs shower room, on budget, on time, have been using it for a year - no issues.
