I am very grateful to Adam and his team for their overall excellence in completing my project. They carried out extensive renovation to the rear of the property, including removal of a load-bearing wall and an entire chimney breast, rebuilding an external wall, replacing a floor and levelling a floor. Adam and Seb were a pleasure to work with. They invested a lot of time and effort early on in the planning and quotation stage of the project, which I found especially valuable and helped build confidence in the project. The work was completed to the agreed time frame, and to a high standard. The whole team were polite and considerate and enabled us to live in the house during the work while minimising disruption. Their communication was especially good, and I felt completely involved in all decision making and problem-solving. With the scale of this project and the nature of the property, it was inevitable that additional work would be required, and when it was I had confidence in Adam and the team to offer practical and effective solutions. Overall I can recommend Adam for his delivery of the completed job, as well as the highly personable and empathetic way he goes about his work.

Highly recommended building team! Chimney Breast removal - very dusty job, they helped me keep two rooms in the house virtually dust free so I was as least able to continue some normal life for the 4 days that the job took. Communication was clear throughout. Very tidy and respectful whilst working. Super finish on the job itself. Wore masks and were Covid aware. Due to Adam having to rest up doctors orders Seb & Kris worked until 7PM on a Friday to get the boarding and skimming of the plaster finished on the date promised!! You cannot ask for more. Great price too.

Adam, Al & Seb did a really good quality job. We’re really pleased with the finished result. The job was kept really tidy during each day which helped a lot. Adam’s communication throughout the job was excellent and never felt fobbed off nor ignored. All in all a great bunch of multi-skilled guys doing a really good job. Very Efficient, came to site and quoted within 24 hours of posting the as and exected the job to an extremely high standard. Top team Adam, and Seb executed a massive job all within a week.

Adam and his team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They came round to offer professional advice and we instantly knew we wanted them for the job. Adam is very knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions, whether it be to do with the work he is carrying out or anything else he could help with. All work has been completed to a very high standard and before schedule due to the hard work of Adam and his team. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future projects, thank you!

Very happy with the work. We picked up a few delays - through no fault of guardian development - in order to get the work finished Adam pulled a marathon shift and worked through the night. Massive effort, we are very happy with the end result.

Throughout the process Adam and the team were hard working, reliable and trustworthy. We had an internal load bearing wall removed alongside other work to create a kitchen dining space and we are delighted with the way it has turned out. Adam could not have been more helpful and was punctual whilst keeping us updated with the ongoing work. He was always happy to answer questions and checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy. If anything cropped up (as things inevitably do during building work) he took the time to talk to us and set out options whilst ensuring that we did not feel pressured into anything. On top of great work, Adam and the team are approachable and polite and cleaned up regularly after their visits. Having work done to your house can be stressful but Guardian Developments made it a pleasure.
