Thomas has done a wonderful job and is very experienced. He is courteous, friendly and helpful. Though the job looked simple in description to replace old taps, the basin has to be removed from pedestal to replace them and in the othe one pedestal had to be removed. He went out of his way to replace some parts and gave a good tidy finish and that was impressive. I would highly recommend him to all.

Tom responded quickly and repaired the toilet after the last plumber’s attempt had failed. Very good communication and shared photos/videos as I couldn’t be there in person.

Tom got straight in touch after I'd posted my job with a very reasonable quote. The job was completed less than a week later and I'm absolutely delighted with my new kitchen sink. Tom cleared away all the rubbish and left my kitchen immaculate. He's coming back in a couple of weeks to do another job for me. Would thoroughly recommend.

Efficient, on time and got the job done well
