He arrived on time, very professional, and also explained the issue to me in detail on the old basin. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of plumbing services. He is also very honest and friendly. His communication was spot on. From the first message I was impressed as he told estimated price which was very reasonable. I've used some other in the past from MyBuilder.com but would not hire again but to Tom I'm sure I would hire again. Great finish, great work Tom. I would like to hire again in the future to redecorate bathroom. Background: I bought the parts and Tom only charged me for the labour. Kept his words and didn't go up from his quote.
