He takes pride in his work and it’s refreshing to see. On the second day of work changing our radiators he sent his colleague Chris, who was just as impressive and a pleasure to have working around the house. Managed to find some some clever solutions for a tricky boiler relocation. He was on time and even risked missing the start of Englands euro game get things sorted. He attended the job at fairly short notice, was polite and well mannered.
