I contacted Scott following shortlisting for investigation and sorting out of a F28 error code on a Valliant boiler in a rented flat which I own. I managed to speak with him and explain my situation that evening, within a hour of putting up my ad. He was polite, courteous and friendly. He offerrd to visit the next day between 12pm and 2pm, and in fact discussed and arrange to meet the tenant directly. He contacted an organised an earlier appointment - 8am the next day and diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly and efficiently - very hassle free and free convenient and engaging.
