We had an issue with our boiler leaking on Sunday evening. Scott got in touch straightaway, assessed the issue from pictures I sent him and got the make/model. He came the next day, replaced the part and flushed the system - all for the agreed price. Really quick, really professional and really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Scott and chris did a great job in replacing my some twisted pipes and fitting an outdoor tap. They were polite, tidy and easy to deal with and did the job for a reasonable price. I would be happy to use them again.

Scott's communication was very good and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was quick to identify the reason why our boiler was not working. He fixed the PCB board in our boiler and was very methodical in checking that the issue would not arise again. We would definitely use Gas Safety Medic again.

They were on time and did a very neat and tidy job on an exteremely hot day. The new boiler is working well and the water pressure in the shower is nice and strong one again. I was very pleased with the work they did and immediately hired them to fix an issue in another property. Again they were prompt, polite, professional and solved the problem.
