    Flat's water shut off valve jammed
    I am super grateful to have Gas Safety Medic repair our issue with the jammed stopcock from our flat and more. Our issue was further connected with the external stopcock which had not been replaced nor renewed for decades, and Moe located it straightaway. Scott contacted Thames Water in no time and the issue got resolved. Moe came back again and fixed our initial issue among other issues connected, the service was excellent from beginning to end and I am very glad to have found a reliable plumbing company who responded very fast with great assistance and great work ethic, I would highly recommended them.Thank you very much, I deeply appreciate your service.

    Thermostat not working and unable to switch on heating
    Scott arranged to come and see us very quickly and solved the problem efficiently and quickly. Excellent!

    Gas safety certificate required in NW6
    Scott was great, I needed a gas safety certificate carried out urgently for my rental property. Very professional service, extremely quick response, arrived on time and completed my job the day after I posted it. Would highly recommend!

    Great service - Scott was responsive and knowledgeable, he managed to source a replacement for a broken piece quickly and installed it on the day of reception. all good

    SE1 boiler service/cert and fix/replace igniter button
    Scott was very nice and knowledgeable- helped with an igniter button and service with our boiler. He explained issues clearly and recommended actions to take. Will definitely use again
