Review left on 5 Oct 2022Rating: 5 out of 5Repairs required for faulty boiler/immersion in CamdenScott responded very promptly via the My Builder site and after reviewing some photos and discussing the 2 parallel problems I had ( faulty boiler valve and failed heating unit for immersion ) with the heating system devised some staged diagnostics. These ultimately prevented unnecessary work and expense. Scott and his team carried out the repairs efficiently and in line with budget estimates. They also turned up on time. If I have further boiler plumbing problems I will certainly call Scott. This was my first use of the My Builder website. The many positive testimonials were reassuring when I chose Scott for the job but that was based on his speed of response and calm diagnostics and clarity over budget ranges.
