Can't speak highly enough of Michael. Really professional and friendly. Very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail in his work, identified a problem with the burner on the fire but was in no way pushy or salesy. Arranged to have the extra work done which was carried out with the same level of professionalism and care as the first time. Can't recommend highly enough.

Michael removed the old gas heating system and replaced with all new copper pipes and new Baxi Boiler. His price was fair for the job. He also installed new loft hatch, stairs and loft flooring around the boiler. Michael had good suggestions for the pipework/ chasing walls resulting in a much neater finish to the downstairs radiator pipes which has been positively commented on by visitors. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard throughout. He ensured the work area was tidy before he left. I would recommend this company and am very happy with the finished job.

Michael visited the property promptly as we didn't have hot water and since the boiler was old we wanted to upgrade. he explained everything very clearly and quickly send us a quote, We got quotes from other 3 other gas engineers and from all of them Michael was the most knowledgeable and trustworthy into what needed to be done. The day of the installation he was very careful with everything on the property and kept me updated on how everything was going. The installation when on without a problem and we were very pleased on how neatly he organised the pipes as they were a mess before, he then explained how the new internet thermostat worked, Through the whole time, he was very polite, honest and friendly. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and will use in the future for all our annual check-ups.

Michael and his team did an excellent job! We’ve recently moved into our first home that needed a full renovation from back boiler and cast iron radiators to a more modern compact boiler and radiator system. I was very specific about not wanting the boiler in the kitchen, and unfortunately the utility wasn’t viable. Michael was the only boiler man we had out that recommended the sensible idea of putting it in the loft (and not drilling through lintels for the flue/putting boiler on the floor as others had suggested!). Michael and his team removed the back boiler, gas heaters and very old radiators. They then installed the boiler in the loft and new pipe work, our new compact radiators and installed one that we’d purchased elsewhere. They ran hot and cold pipes down into our utility room so it could be used as a wash room. Michael got someone in to fill in the holes left from the gas radiators and brick the outside where the flues had been. He did an excellent job so thank you! We realised that this was a major job but Michael and his team took it in their stride. He devised a plan and fully talked it through with us so we were well aware of what was happening when. Every morning they were punctual and eager to get going. Excellent service at a very competitive price, would recommend to everyone! Thanks again to Michael and his team!

After 20 years great service from the same gas engineer I was faced with finding someone as good when he finally retired last year. Thanks to my builder and all of the great reviews for Michael I asked him to quote for my annual boiler service, with a view to retaining him as long as my previous engineer if I was happy with the service. He arrived today exactly at the time agreed, after texting me in advance to confirm today's attendance. He greeted me politely, and removed his shoes before being asked. First impressions count! He completed the service without fuss and chatted to me about likely costs for boiler replacement at my prompt - the cost of which is pretty much what my previous engineer said, which was reasonable ... although hopefully won't need to replace for a bit yet! Seemed very trustworthy, will definitely use again for all our plumbing and gas works.

Michael did a fantastic job. He gave us good advice about what needed doing. He gave great attention to detail when doing the work. He always came promptly when he said would and left everything tidy when he finished for the day.
