Review left on 4 Jul 2019Rating: 5 out of 5- Gas boiler **Customer description** I have picked up keys today for a property for a landlord and it needs the below work done. HOWEVER please only express interest if you are able to meet me at the property tomorrow TUESDAY 25th JUNE to look at what is required and are able to return a quote to me the SAME DAY for approval by the landlord who is looking at getting the work started straight away! Existing 2 bed terrace has a very old system. Gas fire in chimney, cylinder above, no boiler. 1. Install new combi boiler in kitchen and re route pipework in property as required 2. Replace TRV's and LS's on the 5 radiators 3. Remove fireplace in chimney & cylinder above Pics attached. Please only reply if you can meet the fast turnaround :) Thanks

We arranged 2 homes to replace boilers and radiators including a large freestanding radiator and absolute care.
