Turn wet room into a proper shower room
(Updated on 21 Feb 2020)Andrew arranged to meet me at 8.30 am on wednesday 9th October. He did not turn up. I sent him a message to ask what happened. He phoned and indicated he had an emergency on one of his jobs
he asked if he could still quote and arranged to come at 6 PM on thursday 10th October.
He has not shown up and again no phone call or text message. This is my experience, which is very negative and totally unprofessional. Neil Grandy

We are Very sorry you were let down by Epps. I hold my hands up I had a huge emergency on site that needed my whole attention, we are a very professional company. We do try and make sure we give 100 percent customer service at all times on this occasion we let you down . Please accept my apology . Andrew Roberts Company Director
