    fit patio awning
    do not use fitted patio awning, fittings not level on wall and metal bolt raw-plug loose in brick work tried to contact several times with no reply

    Answer from tradesperson:

    You had to take the awning down because it had a design fault !!! Once you take down something that has been fitted with coach bolts yes absolutely it will be loose as the bolt tightens it up. The awning was level and the awning was safe,my company is a Proffesional company and we are highly skilled . It's a shame you had to send it back to the manufacture because of a design fault , you tried to call me to take it down and couldn't get hold of me due to my annual holiday . Now if I didn't do a good job in the first place why would you want me to come and take it down and fit the new one ?? Doesn't make sense . All the best Andrew Roberts

    12 Jobs

    Multiple jobs were completed well. He didn't however, return as promised to complete all jobs despite having been paid. We're left with a large mirror that needs installing on a plasterboard wall and a damaged spotlight that occurred whilst his colleague was painting a ceiling. A real pity as I was otherwise looking to use him again. I dislike writing reviews like this but I gave multiple opportunities for this to be resolved. He forgot a couple of appointments, came to look at the work and have not seen him since. 2 months have now passed.

    I am very sorry u feel like this I did unfortunately have some bad news to contend with like I stated ,.I am available to complete this work for your convenience as you can see I have only just come back on my builder . I am sorry u couldn't get your mirror fitted and as for the light it wasn't broken it was a spotlight that was broken before and wedged inside. When I pulled the light out the spring flew out and was broken previously ,. I have a spare spring and will complete this please contact me to speak further kind regards Andrew Roberts

    Exterior painting front and back of semi-detached
    My wife and I were very impressed with the work carried out by Essex Painters and Property Services on our house. After providing a highly competitive quote for the work, which involved treating and repainting the exterior walls of the house, Andrew and his colleague were able to complete the job in just one day. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

    Wall paper/Painting 2 bedrooms.

    Andrew and his team responded quickly to my job and completed painting and decorating 2 bedrooms to high professional standard. He did everything with great communication and punctuality. could not have asked for more and very happy with the end product.

    Painting living room
    Andy and his team did such a fantastic job on the first room that they have pretty much painted and wallpapered the entire house. We are very happy with the quality of work including great communication, tidiness and often going out of the way to make sure the job was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend their services.

    Rehanging of expansion vessel

    The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Andrew was very friendly and was able to come in the evening, which was really helpful to us. Would definitely recommend Andrew for any jobs.

    odd jobs in the garden

    Very professional, friendly service.They were very good at their work, very polite and my garden looks great, I would recommend them to anyone, good price too, I am very pleased with everything.

    Clean External Rendering
    I am extremely pleased that I chose Andrew to carry out this project for me as he did an exceptional job cleaning almost the entire outside of my house, including a large rendered section that I was afraid I had to get re-plastered. When I came outside to look at the house I was taken aback as it looked like it had been newly plastered and painted! He also cleaned all of the soffits, fascias, gutters, removed moss from the roof and paint splatters from a side door, as well as washed my front door and porch so they all look brand new. I was really very surprised and happy and would highly recommend Andrew.

    Andrew and his 2 men were brilliant, they stayed late to help us finish our charity day and were flexible and good quality.
