We really ought to sort this problem out - I.e., toilet repair. We cannot continue to let a lady suffering from Cancer get on her hands and knees many times a day to mop up a wet bathroom floor because your repair has not been successful. The toilet is leaking from the base and the handle. I understand that she lost her cool with you but that is because you cancelled so many appointments. According to her diary 10times. You have made many, many excuses, saying you have had an accident, left the part needed at home etc. etc., and this is why you haven't turned up. I have 'phoned you many times and you are refusing to answer my calls. When I rang you from a different number you answered and it was obvious from the background noise that you were working, even though you told me you were incapacitated.
I would appreciate a new invoice listing the cost of the different parts you purchased and also the companies you purchased them from, rather than just a total amount. Please let me have this as a matter of urgency.
If you feel unable to complete the toilet repair I will have to find another plumber. In view of the fact that I paid you £708.00 I will be asking for a refund of 50%
