Right from the initial quote Empire were truly professional. Full written quote was received and Chris also calls to go through the costs in detail and help with any queries. Lads turned up for the job on time and were professional and polite throughout. Ensured everywhere was tidy after the job was finished. Roof looks great. Very glad we booked with empire - can't fault at all!! Highly recommend.

Some 2 years ago I had a flat roof replaced by themand that was an excellent job so I had little hesitation in asking them to perform a roof repair to the verges on one gable-end. As before they were quick responsive and offered a very professional service. Thoroughly recommend them.

Empire Roofing Specialists LTD responded so quickly and efficiently. Chris Mills went out of his way to be helpful to us and had a team with us to fix a problem 48 hours after we contacted him. The team on the day were brilliant! They were polite, friendly and worked really quickly. We're thrilled with the results; so happy in fact, that we have got them to come back 2 days later and quote for more work that we need doing. Chris Mills offered to come round himself and do a survey on our property to help determine what needs doing on our very old victorian property. We couldn't recommend Empire UPCV and Roofing Specialists Ltd enough and look forward to hiring their services again in the future.
