Great service from Jack of Empire Roofing. A small repair was done in good time under a 10 year old warranty. We are very pleased with the work done, and recommend Empire for their professionalism and customer service.

I recently posted a job on mybuilder to have a roof assessment and quote after we had a buildings survey highlighting problems with the roof. Empire responded really quickly and were so incredibly helpful all the way through the process. They were really patient while I tried to sort access via the estate agents and went out just 2 days after our first phone call (which was amazing after so many no-shows!). I received a phonecall to explain the findings, and a report just a couple of hours after the site visit. This will now help us negotiate the sale price as it lists expected job size and price. Even if we are unable to progress with this sale I will certainly get back in touch with Empire for any future roofing needs. Great service throughout and total trust the job would be done well.
