Chris and the team did a great job replacing our flat roof. Chris contacted me over the weekend to book the survey and the team were able to start a couple days later to fit around us and other building work. The team were kind and tidy and the job was done to a great standard.

Empire replaced some felt upstands and flashing on a flat roof, and re-seated ridge tiles and pitched roof. Steve attended the site. He was trustworthy, experienced and confident in his assessment. This was reassuring after not getting clear answers from other roofers who came to quote. Chris was easily available and clear. After highlighting some snagging, an additional date was booked in and the issue fixed. Although I'm not a roofer, the work looks to be of a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. Empire were professional from start to finish.

But, based on the photos taken of the work in progress, I feel confident it will be effective and, based on my interactions with them, they’d fix any problem which did arise

Workers polite and unobstructive, carried out agreed work very quickly and cleaned up afterwards as well. We are aware that the roof will need more work in the future and anticipate having no problems using Empire for this when we can afford it. Initial visit/ survey was factual and detailed with no hard sell - which to be fair I only felt I got from one other company. Pleasure to work with.

Having met with Chris on the 7th April to discuss the work needed I can say I am overly impressed with the complete service carried out by his superb and extremely polite staff. The work was carried out over the course of three days and was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier with how smoothly it went , Would Recommend this Roofing company to anyone in need of works needed doing. After initially finding Empire through My Builder they have turned out to be an absolute godsend. We have since gone on to employ them on other works and I have to say the stand of work is exemplary. All our tenants have noted that the employees are friendly, professional and dedicated to achieving their end goals. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for anyone who needs roofing works and we will definitely be using them again as and when the need arises.
