Usman came back within a few minutes and we arranged for him to come the next day. Usman turned up when we agreed and reviewed the 2 jobs that’s needed doing. He explained in detail what needed to be done and we agreed on the price. Usman then did the job the same afternoon. He worked quickly and tidied up after himself.
