Very Professional, Usman did a really good job. Would highly recommend.

Usman was polite and friendly. completed the work within the time frame given, despite challenges. he came back a few days later to make a few tweaks. I now have a lovely bright bathroom instead of a grey and dreary wet room

Very happy with the work Usman did, he came to install a shower and put tiling up but ended up completely redoing the bathroom, removing a soil stack and installing the washing machine!

Usman did a great job fitting a new hot water system in a very confined space. All finished to a high standard, with consideration given to safety component locations. He kept me updated throughout the work. His colleague, an electrician, completed the installation also to a high standard, and was very thorough. Both cleaned up well after the work. Good price for all the labour involved.

So came out one early morning to give quote. Said he’d do it there and then. So I didn’t really have time to think about getting other quotes was just rushed and flustered and I agreed. In my job description part of it was fitting my new floor and taking old seal from around bath sink and redoing. Radiator (straight fit) toilet fitting. The toilet fitting was good. And radiator okay. Now he said he never fitted a floor and watched a tutorial so he’ll have a go,said he wouldn’t charge Paid almost (£300) for job anyway but he only did 1/4 of it anyway and messed that up it was expensive and cut it all with his grinder too was a mess. He did give me £40 refund when I insisted! Now my bath panels are fitted incorrectly, snapped the bottom of it real sloppy work and it looks a mess. The bottom actually came away yesterday and was the final straw for a review!! when it did come away he had left rubbish, blue rubber gloves, loads of tissue paper And just a mess rather than putting it in a bag! I actually gave him a bag?? Now the sealant is all coming away because he sealed over the top of the old in which had mildew stains (which was the reason I wanted it removing) if said he couldn’t remove it o would of gotten someone else and paid them. All in all toilet fitting okay and radiator but everything else was sloppy and a mess. I now have to pay for someone to sort the mistakes and get again new bath panels new floors and Within the next 12 months!

Quoted a fair price and completed the job without any issues. Would recommend and use again.
