Elite services by name and Elite services by nature. An excellent and fantastic service offered by Usman who arrived within 45 minutes of me posting the job on MyBuilder on a Friday night. Usman reviewed, quoted and expected to resolve the issue within 30 minutes before moving onto his next job however, as he disassembled the unit he uncovered more problems. What Usman did next astounded me. He cancelled his next appointment and looked for a local retailer ON A FRIDAY NIGHT to source the right parts for our toilet. He drove out, got the parts and returned to finish the job to an impeccable standard. The price he quoted at the outset did not change despite the extra effort he had to put in and the job going from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. I have used services for over 20 years and Usman ranks #1 by a country mile. Absolutely phenomenal and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you for a brilliant, prompt and professional service Usman!

This was my second time using Usman. The job was done professionally and to a high standard. I would highly recommend him.

Usman had a complete understanding of the issue and an immediate plan on how to fix the leak and rectify the other boiler issues too. Installed new pipe work, replaced faulty thermostats, a thermal release valve and the pressure release valve. He’s absolutely confident in his work and I have already booked him for another project so can’t recommend highly enough.

Usman was a complete gentleman! - Very calm and very tidy worker, and very polite. Also very knowledgeable, he made some suggestions to save us money and he was true to his word on his costing estimate to do the work. He also completed the job in record time and on the day and time he said originally. 100% I recommend him. (PS - I am waiting for the electrician to wire it up, but that is not any fault of Usman!)

Booked for annual service. He fixed other issue as well promptly. Good price. Will absolutely use his services in the future.
