They came on time and they were very efficient. Explaining exactly what they were during throughout the day. Very helpful and even fitted new Lino in small utility area before installing new toilet and sink which was an added bonus. . Took all rubbish away and cleaned areas before leaving. Would definitely recommend them to others and wont hesitate to call them again for anything needed in future. Thank you Mitch and Jay for all your hard work. Much appreciated.

I recommend Mitchell and will use him again for future works. I hired him to replace power shower whilst I was away. In my absense he replaced the unit and sorted electrical issue as well. His workmanship is top-notch and professionalism should be recommended.

Mitch and John are nice guys but the job didn't go well. I had to repaint the walls and ceiling after a high pressure leak - it was an accident and these things happen and they were as upset about it as I was - although they did initially try to say it was my fault which wasn't cool... But generally it all felt quite rushed, they didn't tidy up afterwards, another radiator downstairs would have flooded the room if I hadn't been watching it and catching the leak there with bowls and towels, and they hugely exaggerated their expenses (£200) when they'd only used some plastic fixings and 3" of copper pipe. All these things were quite small in isolation but created an overall picture of a lack of general care. However, even the main part of the job wasn't well executed - the new radiator they'd installed leaked straight away due to very loose connections in two places, luckily I found someone the next day to come and fix them.

After having recent home renovations, I discovered my old soil pipe had eroded away, causing a leak every time I used the new bathroom. I needed an urgent plumber to replace the pipe so as not to cause damage to the old bathroom and kitchen below. Mitch responded very quickly to the job and was able to visit to assess the problem that same day, and returned the following day to do the repair. He had various solutions to solve the issue, but found an even better way when doing the job that avoided any damage to my tiles. Mitch is honest and straightforward, and knows his trade well. His brilliant communication left me at ease throughout the process, he explained everything clearly and did not overcharge me. I'm happy with the work done, and he even helped with a few other small jobs that needed doing like my sink stopper, and correcting some dodgy pipework. I won't hesitate to call Mitch again, and absolutely made the right choice choosing DPZ Ltd for this job.

Mitch was a true professional no messing around work at a fast pace, got the job done in a perfect manner. Polite and well spoken will be a pleasure to have him carry out future works. Do not hesitate to hire him.
