From the first contact Mitch was really helpful. He was polite and came very quickly, gave us a guarantee for the work he did. We will definitely be using Mitch again.

I chose this plumber because he claimed to be experienced and said he was trying to build his profile on mybuilder. He gave a reasonable all in quote. He completed job on a Fri & did not take any photos. When I told him I would pay him Sunday he started messaging me - so much so that I made a partial payment on Sunday before viewing the job. By Sunday afternoon when I got to see the work he had even called me. His manner was rude & agressive on the phone. Moreover the work was sloppy and incomplete. He didn’t seal the top of the bath leaving a gap. He claimed.the pipe I asked him to replace was not leaking but I found it still leaking on Sunday. He claimed my bath panel was rotten & had caused him issues, but he was never transparent about anything. He was happy to take full payment even though he knew he hadn’t completed everything. When I told him the job is incomplete he started sending me rude messages. Very unprofessional! The sort that gives mybuilder a bad name. Avoid hiring!

Couldn’t rate these guys high enough. Turned up on time, worked fast & efficiently. Did an absolutely blinding job changing my kitchen sink & tap. They also fixed a stuck stopcock & put filters in. Nothing seemed too much for them. Lovely guys who I would definitely use again x

We hired him to do a job. Not only he did the job well, he went above and beyond his way and solved an old problem for us. We hired Mitchell to fix the water flow problem due to our faulty water filter. I just anecdotally referred that the taste of our water is not good. Mitchell not only fixed the water filter and re-installed a new one for us, he also took the initiative to find out what might be wrong with the taste of water. It turns out that our water softener was also not installed properly. So, he fixed the water softener too and did not even charge us any additional amount for that additional labour. I can't thank him enough for fixing the two teething problem for us and going beyond what was expected from him. Very very happy as a customer. Will recommend him unreservedly.
