Sam was 100% committed to the job going above and beyond the original envelope. Financially kept to the quote and did some additional work to ensure a perfect job. I have no hesitatation or recommending him. The work done was laying a patio, cutting it in to fit other edges. He left the site clean and tidy and gave advice as to how to treat it in the short term.

Sam was very friendly and efficient extending our patio in our new home. He had some good ideas to make the best of what we had already. Turned up on time and left the place very clean and tidy! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant ! Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with and completed our patio extension to a high standard . It was a fairly complex task ,with a large patio and excavation to format steps into another smaller patio area. We changed our ideas throughout the project ,Sam was never phased by this ,being receptive to the changes and using his experience to offer suggestions . He worked incredibly hard in the high temperatures ,staying late into the evening and throughout the weekend to ensure he was ready on time for his next job. We are so pleased with the end result and have already tentatively booked Sam for some rendering work and once funds allow further projects . Would 100% recommend and thanks again Sam ,Mike and Lynda Chickerell.

Sam is extremely passionate about his work, from quote through to completion he was first class. The patio he built us was quite frankly exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

We posted our job after we were let down by what only be described as cowboys. Sam replied promptly and proffesionally replied regarding the best route to take in order to make the best of our bad situation. We explained that we were hoping to have our patio by summer and despite the unpredictable weather Sam even took time out of his weekends to get the work done. We had already been provided with sub standard materials by the previous "tradesmen" and Sam had the less than appealing job of trying to make good of what they had left us with. We tracked down where the slabs were from and he even took me to the merchants to make sure they were the right ones to complete the job. Throughout this whole process we were very impressed with Sam's willingness to troubleshoot and overcome hurdles as they arrised. We felt very comfortable leaving him and his team to get on with the job and felt reassured that we would be consulted of any issues. Sam and his team were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommended them to anyone that needs work doing. We thank you so much for your help.

What can I say! Sam and his team did an amazing job taking up our old decking and laying a new patio and putting in raised borders. They worked very hard and to a high standard and even upgraded our slabs to give a nicer look free of charge. They completed the work on time and in budget. They were very friendly and took all the rubbish away, leaving all areas clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them!

We hired Sam to remove and replace our tired patio and he did a first-class job. It looks fantastic. The guys worked extremely hard, and left the place spotless. Many thanks.
