We also had a concrete base prepared for a summerhouse/shed. He never once messaged me to let me know he wasn't coming, only answered following many unanswered calls. He broke two slats in my fence that haven't been replaced and left me with a half built shed. I was assured by Sam that he would be back this morning. He never turned up, then resorted to swearing at me and telling me he wasn't coming back to finish the job. Quite frankly I’m shocked to be reading this feedback. We went above and beyond to completely transform your entire garden and have received nothing but positive comments from you and your husband throughout. The shed was never priced for and we were erecting it free but no instructions where ever provided and the timbers are all warped and fixings missing so I couldn’t spend anymore time on it. As for the fencing it is absolutely not broken we just removed two featheredge slats in order for us to remove the fencing to be able to access your garden to carry out the transformation. I had every intention of returning today to install them but before I had a chance to arrive I received a barrage of texts messages and phone calls from you insulting me and making false accusations. I’m extremely upset and disappointed to have been treated in such a way after providing you with the excellent service that we have.
