very satisfied with sunlounge created by crowne, the standard of their work & the end result exceeded my expectations. I would reccomend crowne as their pricing is reasonable, their work is of a high standard & they seem reliable.

Would highly recommend Barry (Crowne). Fitted a small bathroom window. Very professional service, tidy and the finish was to a high standard. Excellent communication, prompt and reasonably priced.

Barry gave me a detailed verbal and written quote explaining how he would approach the work, all my questions where answered very professionally. Barry and Martin are very particular and conscientious in their work. The job appeared to be straight forward, however problems did arise and Barry dealt with them very professionally. Barry has just completed the dwarf wall as well as erecting the pre-purchased conservatory for us and he's done a really brilliant job, we certainly couldn't be happier with the excellent job! We are very pleased that we chose Crowne Property Upgrade for this project. Throughout the whole process which included sorting out the planning permission, Barry demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication, despite a few hiccups encountered along the way (including the weather!). We have been very impressed with the work which has resulted in a neatly constructed little extension to our home. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Barry & his firm for any such projects. Barry and Crowne Property Services were brilliant. The attention to detail was astonishing - erecting a second hand conservatory was always going to be challenging especially given the size and complexity of the shape. Despite the terrible weather Barry completed the job within our expected times scale and budget. The conservatory looks great and is water tight. Barry was great at communicating, always telling us what was happening next and whether or not he was going to be working on a particular day. He always cleaned up and was extremely courteous with the neighbours. I would highly recommend Barry and his team and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
