Good job, very polite and explained what he was doing throughout

All dealt with very professionally from the quote which was not changed, punctual, offered additional options without any hard sell and did a professional job on the day. Totally satisfied to the point I have confirmed a further job.

Barry responded to our request for a quote the very next day, and displayed knowledge and understanding regarding our requirements. He has an excellent work ethic, and worked solidly through the day without tea breaks. He left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. His work is of very high quality, with meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the new conservatory roof. I have no hesitation in recommending Crown Property Upgrades.

Exceptional service received in all respects. Expected costs and length of time required for work was given and explained at the outset. The job was posted yesterday morning and Barry fitted this job in for us to prevent any possible damage to our furniture. He showed great consideration and customer service. Mr. Hurst of Crowne Property Upgrades could not have been more professional. From the outset, his advice was spot on, the process of measuring, ordering and fitting of replacement double glazed units was all completed within the week. The actual fitting was completed within the hour, without fuss and mess. Highly recommended. If MyBuilder had a star rating, I would unhesitatingly give 5 out of 5.

Very impressed with Barry and his team. Communications were brilliant, and the work carried out was of the highest standard. Barry even came out on Sunday to view the job, and the price quoted was very reasonable. Love my new doors! Would highly recommend.

Removed current sliding door and replaced with French doors as well as covering fascias. A great job through out, meticulous and clean. Very happy!
